Product usage of our BD65 crusher rubber liner plate backing abrasion resistant repair filling material:
BD65 backing adhesives(crusher lining plate filling adhesive) is used in the filling/supporting between crusher lining plate and substrates,
gravel barrels and jacket gap,support cone and protective layer space,at the same time it can be used as buffer material,when the
equipment suffers impacting or load vibration from broken ore, also used in the structural reinforcement,impact resistant vibration of
ball mill wearing abrasion resistant lining plate and cylinder gap.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the
pretest according to actual working condition.

2. When the environment temperature is below 15 degree,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure.

3. When the environment temperature is more than 25 degree or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.

BD65 crusher backing adhesive filling epoxy compound use technology:
1.Cleaning up and preparation
Clean up the residual filling material of the cone surface,or greasy dirt and dirt from the parts where touch with adhesive.
Fit up the cone and lining plate,seal up the cone/lining plate fitting surface and ring hole with adhesive tape etc,to avoid leaking adhesive,
in necessity,protect the screw thread on the axis,construction is in the temperature of 5-30 degree as far as possible during using.
General construction in winter,you had better heat the A component up to the temperature of 25-35 degree separately to reduce viscosity
for easy to pour.For ease of disassembly next time,the cone and lining plate surface can precoat proper engine oil or mold release agent.

2.The preparation of wearing resistant cone crusher backing repair filling material epoxy compound
Make the blender fix on low speed electric hand drill,Open the A component of BD65 crusher ceramic lining plate backing epoxy adhesive
filling material,stir it for 1 minute,then pour the B component into the A component drum at the same time stir it with the electric blender,
it's OK for color uniform,general stirring time is not more than 4 minutes.Operation time:The total time from start mixing to finish filling
is not more than 15 minutes(the data for the temperature of 20 degree)

3.Pouring:
Make the mixed-up BD65 crusher liner plate filling material backing compound solution pour into it along the cone or a place of
lining plate crack,easy to exhaust,in necessity,can make a cofferdam guide with plasticine etc,until overflow from the top of crack.
Don’t pour into the adhesive without mixing uniformly(with different colors)

4.Curing:
Place to cure for 12-24 hours,the temperature makes a big difference for the curing time,the curing speed is fast for high temperature,
it can put into using to cure for 12 hours in summer,and cure for 24 hours in winter.

Notes:
1.The operation temperature of BD65 crusher lining plate filling material backing adhesive epoxy compound is 5-30 degree,
try not to construct,if the temperature of cone is below 5 degree or above 30 degree.

2.If the temperature is too low,the operation time can be long,but it’s difficult to pour for the high viscosity,if the temperature is
below 10 degree,can heat the A component of BD65 crusher backing filling compound up to the temperature of 25 degree,
then stir it for using.

3.If the temperature is too high,reduce the operation time,the pouring time is short,if the temperature is above 25 degree,
can reduce configured adhesive quantity for once,it’s while pouring and configuring material.

Storage:
BD65 crusher backing filling material epoxy compound is the general chemicals,should pay attention to waterproof and preventing fire
in the process of transportation and storage,stored in a cool and dry place,the storage period is 12 months

Construction protective measures：
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with
this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,then wash it with clear water.
Should wash it with clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.

Warm Prompt：
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when
burning,non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or garbage burning
place treatment.

fire prevention measures：
Should choose dry powder to extinguish fire,can cover and flap it with dry powder,grit(the construction using abrasive) or the
non chemical fiber fabric when the sizing material catching fire.
